Monthly reports are generated and supplied to analyze the effectiveness and to fine-tune content and delivery times.

Tier 1 | $850 p/month

Formatting, captioning, and scheduling of:

  • >3 properties per month

  • Coming Soon, Just Listed & Just Sold - Post/Story for each property

  • + optional additional post per week (Reels, agent profile, testimonial, market snapshot, BTS etc)

Tier 2 | $1200 p/Month

Formatting, captioning, and scheduling of:

  • 3-8 properties per month

  • Coming Soon, Just Listed & Just Sold - Post/Story for each property

  • + optional x2 additional post per week

Each additional property $150 for the x3 post structure above (Coming soon, just listed, just sold). 

Content creation available at $350 per hour* or $1200 per day* (5hrs).
